Bocconcini Bites


Bocconcini Bites.  These are made with slices of English cucumber, light Tre Stelle bocconcini cheese and one half of a cherry tomato. 

The nutritional values for each are:

Add a small amount of the dressing of your choice, but be sure to add the extra numbers to your log. The ones we have tried are Greek, Lemon Poppy, Newman's Oil & Vinegar, and Rice Vinegar. They are also good with no dressing.

These are tasty. 8-10 per person fulfills your salad needs.
